education Valters Melderis tells about his experience: “I use the cards in
training during introductions. Each participant selects one card, they work in
pairs sharing their answers about the topic written on the card, then they
switch cards and go to a new partner. Cards are really cool, since the questions, topics written on cards, make it easier for trainers to work during introductions, and they can inspire to other activities and other questions.”

Career consultant Ieva Randere tells about her
experience with the Tell your Story cards: “This method helps to start
conversation and open up, as well as creates good and trustful atmosphere to
continue conversation. I have used cards to start training in how to answer to
questions during job interviews, thus developing skills in asking questions and
also answering to them. I have also used the Tell your Story cards in
educational classes (when psychologists or social workers can work with the
entire class), and students really enjoyed it and wanted to play again. Each
professional considers how to integrate this method into his or her work
selecting the appropriate cards and interpreting questions appropriately. I have
also played these cards with my friends; therefore they can serve not only as a
method used in schools or training, but also as a simple and entertaining game to
play in your free time.”
